Enhanced Accident Benefits are available to assist you in accessing the services you'll need to recover, regardless of who’s at fault in the accident. ICBC offers pre-approved treatment to those with injuries sustained from a motor-vehicle accident for 12 weeks from the date of your accident, eliminating the requirement for a doctor's referral.

To initiate your treatment, please provide us with the following information:

  • Valid ICBC claim number

  • Date of accident

  • Personal health number

  • Adjustor name and phone number (optional)

Reimbursement will be issued via mailed cheque or direct deposit, depending on your preference and the arrangements in place with your ICBC claims account. While we cannot guarantee the processing time, reimbursements typically take an average of 1 to 2 weeks after receipt submission.
