  • 24 Hour Cancellation Policy - Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation of less than 24 hours or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours-notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours-notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are the amount of the full regular fee for the service.

Ms. Chia-Ying (Jackie) Lin is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, as well as a Registered Acupuncturist and Registered Herbalist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners of BC.

Jackie obtained two Medical Doctor Degrees in Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Taiwan. She has many years of academic and clinical experience. With a deep-rooted passion for holistic healing, Jackie has dedicated her profession to help patients to achieve optimal health and well-being through the principles and practices of TCM. Caroline completed her 3000-hour massage therapy program at VCMT in 2019. Her treatment approach is fluid and consists a diverse range of therapeutic active techniques with a relaxing flow of traditional Swedish massage techniques. Through this combination of active and passive modalities, her methods facilitate the recalibration of the nervous system, while promoting circulation and release to areas of restriction.

Amy completed her Masters in Physical Therapy at UBC in 2016. Her treatment philosophy aims to empower you to take ownership of your health, to build your body’s resilience, and to learn the tools to optimize your own recovery. She will work alongside you to personalize your treatment experience to effectively recover from your injury.

Her treatment style will integrate techniques and strategies to address your body as a system to streamline your body’s natural healing capabilities. This includes mobilizing your muscles and joints, restoring the balance of your nervous system, and boosting your circulatory system. She uses a combination of manual therapy techniques, which includes myofascial work, joint mobilization, muscle activation, active release, fascial stretch, and trigger point release, as well as IMS/dry needling. She graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree at UBC before completing her RMT diploma at Langara College in 2023. During the two-year RMT program, she has practiced in a variety of facilities such as ICORD, Harbour Dance Center, Villa Cathay Care Home, and Louis Brier Home and Hospital.

In her free time, she enjoys baking, hiking, gardening, reading, and playing guzheng (a traditional Chinese stringed instrument).

She primarily focuses on the Swedish technique of therapeutics as the foundation in all of her treatments, while incorporating specific work in order to cater to each individual’s needs.
